Nymph ticks - which are baby ticks the size of a poppy seed and are so tiny they can be mistaken as dark specks on the skin .
Nymph ticks can be as toxic and dangerous as an adult tick because they are easy to miss, their bites are usually painless and in some cases they do not itch.
They can easily feed on you for a few days before being detected.
